When my son came home from school one day, he did not wear a shirt that he had when he went to school that morning. He wears only his undershirt.

He went to school, so therapy trained staff to deal with this type of behavior. Sometimes they are able to soothe the child quickly. But in some cases it takes longer. When that happens, they ensure that the child does not harm himself or others.
