Watsonville police looking for suspect in jewelry store robbery

WATSONVILLE-police are searching for four people in connection with the armed robbery at a jewelry shop late Friday.

The officer sent to Ideal jewelry in 1481 freedom Blvd. to silent alarm reports robbery a little before 5: 30 PM, according to Watsonville Police Department.

Based on interviews with victims, the police learned that the two women suspects entered the store, posing as a buyer and was met by an employee. A few minutes later, a male suspect entered the store and ordered the victim to the floor at gunpoint.

Car, described as a black, four-door sports car, fled to the South on the Boulevard of freedom.
